EXPERIENCE
Mr. McGary has been practicing law for 20 years and is admitted to practice in all Ohio Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. McGary practiced law in Mason with the law firm of Peeler, McGary & Zopff Co., L.P.A. from 1991-2001.  Mr. McGary served as a Mason Municipal Court Asst. Prosecutor from 1991-1998,  Mason Municipal Court Civil Magistrate from 1999-2001, Asst. Warren County Prosecutor from 1998-2001, and Chief Asst. Warren County Prosecutor from 2002-2010.  Mr. McGary  also served as a Special Asst. United States Attorney from 2009-2011.  Mr. McGary served as Acting Warren County Prosecutor in 2011, and currently works part-time as an Asst. Warren County Prosecutor where he represents boards, commissions, departments and elected officials of Warren County and nine of the 11 townships in Warren County.

ASSOCIATIONS & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. McGary is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, and is a member of the Warren County Bar Association in which he currently serves on the Grievance Committee. 

Mr. McGary has served on the board of directors for non-profit organizations including the Mason Area Thrift Shop & Food Pantry and F.A.I.T.H. Emergency Services, as well as volunteering and donating pro-bono legal services to Elizabeth New Life Center.
